When, where and how do I enrol in the doctoral programme?

Registration is annual (per academic year), as in any other degree, and the researcher in training must renew it annually, if he/she continues to be a doctoral student.

In the first year, and only the first year, once the student is admitted to the doctoral programme and submitted the corresponding documentation, registration is done by the CEINDO Secretary’s Office. For the rest of the academic years, it must be the doctoral student who renews his/her registration.

Enrolment is done through the CEU intranet, under academic supervision, within the period established in the call for applications.

    Basic Information on Data Protection Request for Information

    • Responsible: San Pablo CEU University Foundation (hereinafter, FUSP-CEU).
    • Purpose: To respond to your request for information and to keep you informed about initiatives of interest to you. Profiling is foreseen.
    • Legitimation: Consent of the interested party.
    • Recipients: The transfer of personal data to foundations and entities linked to CEU is foreseen (see additional information). International data transfers are not foreseen.
    • Rights: Access, rectification, limitation of processing and to lodge complaints with the supervisory authorities, as well as other rights, as explained in the additional information.
    • Additional information: In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, we inform you that your data will be processed under the responsibility of FUNDACIÓN UNIVERSITARIA SAN PABLO CEU (hereinafter, FUSP-CEU), in order to respond to your request for information, as well as to keep you informed about initiatives and events that may be of interest to you in the educational field or that help us to better understand your training needs. Likewise, we inform you that the elaboration of profiles is foreseen, in order to know the products or services that may fit you best, as well as the best way to communicate them to you, according to your preferences or habits shown, and which are offered by our foundation or entities linked to it (*). FUSP-CEU informs that the indicated treatments are legitimized by the consent of the interested parties or, where appropriate, of the legal representatives. Likewise, FUSCP-CEU informs you that the personal data contained in this request for information will be kept as long as you do not request their deletion. By signing the application you expressly consent to the communication of your personal data by FUSP-CEU, to Foundations, Institutions and Centers, dependent or linked to the FUSP-CEU (*), for their own management purposes, as well as to keep you informed of the activities and projects they carry out. We inform you that no international transfer of data is foreseen. We also inform you that you can contact the Data Protection Delegate of FUSP-CEU, by sending your request in writing to the postal address C/ Tutor nº 35 - 28008 Madrid or to the following e-mail address [email protected]. In accordance with the rights conferred by current legislation on data protection, you may contact the competent Control Authority to file the claim you deem appropriate, as well as exercise your rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, deletion, portability and opposition to the processing of your personal data as well as the withdrawal of consent given for the processing thereof, by sending your request to the General Secretariat, address C/ Tutor, 35 28008 Madrid, or by e-mail: [email protected]
